Please review our studio policy in its entirety prior to booking an appointment with us.
1. Face masks are optional when entering the studio.
2. Properly wash hands and/or lashes prior to the start of your service service.
3. Practice Social Distancing.
4. Book multiple services during your visit.
5. Come by yourself.
6. Please keep talking to a minimum.
7. Please reschedule if you have had a cough, fever, been around a sick person within the last 14 days.
8. Temperature may be taken with a no touch device.
We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling. We kindly ask for a 48 hour notice for ALL aesthetic appointment changes. We require a 7 day advance notice for all permanent makeup appointments changes.
If you fail to notify us and you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a No Show. No shows will be charged 100% of the service total for the stylist time. All fees & invoice must be paid prior to booking a future appointment.
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products.
If you are unhappy with a service, you MUST your ARTIST and/or contact us at 828.802.1187 within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done so with a complimentary express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours of your appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

There is NO GUARANTEE for results. Individual results will vary from client to client. Aftercare, lifestyle and your skin type will directly contribute to your final results.
For PMU, some may require additional touch ups to achieve their desired results. Brow Correction/ Coverup over another artist is absolutely not guaranteed, results will vary. Please budget and plan for additional cost to achieve desired results. Regular touch up pricing will apply.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service. Late arrivals will still be charged for the full cost of the service.
20% Non-refundable Deposits are required for most appointments and are non-refundable. Deposits may only be transferred to a future date when given proper and advanced notice. Deposits may not be transferred to another individual.
Lash Clients- please come in with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing.
Please do not brush your teeth 2 hours prior to your appointment. We recommend consume all white diet 24 hours after service.
Clients must provide at least 7 day advance notice to reschedule their appointment. The 20% deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
You are ONLY ALLOWED 1 TIME to reschedule due to the limited appointments available. Advance notice must be given in advance in order to reschedule. The treatment room is reserved ( a 3 hour time block) once appointments are made. Once an appointment is reschedule, it is unlikely to replace or fill up that same spot.
Touch Up Appointments are recommended to be scheduled in a timely manner ( 6-8 weeks, 1-2 years) and applicable pricing for touch up will be due.
